EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

1. LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT

The content of our pages were created with great diligence. However, we cannot accept liability for the correctness, completeness, and topicality of the content. According to § 7 section 1 TMG, we are responsible for our own content on these pages as a service provider in accordance with the general law. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or saved foreign information or to research circumstances that indicate an illegal activity as service providers. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general law remain untouched by this. However, a liability regarding this is only possible starting the moment that knowledge of a concrete infringement of rights is obtained. In case such infringements of rights become known, we will immediately remove this content.

2. LIABILITY FOR LINKS

Our offer contains links to external third party websites whose content we have no influence on. That is also why we cannot accept any liability for this foreign content. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible infringements of rights at the time they were linked. Illegal content was not apparent at the time of the linking. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without any concrete indications of an infringement of rights. We will immediately remove such links if any infringements of rights become known.

3. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK LAW

The content and works on these pages created by the page operators are subject to the German copyright law. Copying, editing, distributing, and any type of use outside the boundaries of the copyright law need the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, not commercial, use. Insofar as the content on this page was not created by the operator, the copyright of third parties apply. In particular, third party content is identified as such. Should you still become aware of a copyright infringement, we kindly ask you to inform us. We will immediately remove such content if any infringements become known.

4. DATA PROTECTION

Usually, the use of our website is possible without entering any personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always on a voluntary basis, if possible. These data are not passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. We point out that the transfer of data on the internet (e.g., when communicating via email) can have security holes. Complete protection of the data against third party access is not possible. We hereby explicitly contradict the use of contact data published within the scope of the obligation to provide an imprint by third parties for transferring advertisement and information material that was not explicitly requested. The operators of the pages reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of unrequested mailing of advertisement material, for example through spam mails.

5. PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR THE USE OF FACEBOOK PLUGINS (LIKE BUTTON)

Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, are integrated into our page. You can recognize the Facebook plugins due to the Facebook logo or the like button on our page. You can find an overview of Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When you visit our pages, a direct connection is made between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Due to this, Facebook receives the information that you visited our page with your IP address. If you click the Facebook like button while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. Due to this, Facebook can assign the visit of our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the operator of the pages, do not receive any information on the content of the transferred data or their use from Facebook. You can find further information on this in Facebook’s privacy statement at area contact_advertisement agency http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php. 6. PRIVACY STATEMENT FOR THE USE OF GOOGLE +1

Collecting and sharing information: With the help of the Google +1 button, you can publish information worldwide. With the Google +1 button, you and other users receive customized content from Google and our partners. Google saves the information that you have entered as +1 for a content as well as the information on the page that you were looking at when clicking on +1. Your +1 can be faded in as references together with your profile name and your picture in Google services, for example, in search results or in your Google profile or at other locations on websites and advertisements on the internet. Google records information on your +1 activity in order to improve the Google services for you and others. In order to be able to use the Google +1 button, you need a worldwide visible, public Google profile that has to contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can also replace another name that you used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown to users that know your email address or have other identifying information about you. The use of the collected information: Besides the purposes mentioned above, the information provided by you is used according to the valid Google data protection regulations. Google may publish summarized statistics on the +1 activity of its users or pass it on to users and partners such as publishers, advertisers, or related websites.
