Winner of the dm Award ‘connecting worlds’

This year's winning entry for the dm Award ‘connecting worlds’ focuses on the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations. With the help of artificial intelligence, the artist creates a world of extreme artificiality. A moving series of images, formed from a multitude of surreal metamorphoses of figures and characters, testifies to a world of connectedness and change. Can AI help us to develop our ideas about a future world? Accompanying the projection mapping show at the castle, four stations – on the castle square, in the ZKM, in the tourist information office and in the dm branch on Europaplatz – invite visitors to engage in an imaginative exploration of the goals of this work of art.
